Construction

Sister Act
My first task while working in the shop for this musical was to take the last fitting notes needed for the new costumes pieces that were ordered. My main construction duties were doing the last bit of labeling and alteration needed for the Nuns silver and gold vails. I cut and sewed all the elastic that were used to keep their Vails in place. I labeled the shoes and the jackets for the homeless people in I could be that guy. I was also put in charge of picking new shirt buttons for Sister Mary Roberts.

Escobar’s Hippo
Most of the costumes, besides three, were bought or pulled from storage. I was the check in person for fittings, tailored the zombie security pants and secured his badge to his shirt. I labeled various costume pieces such as the town councils' outfits and their Zombies Hippo clothing and oven mitts that acted as their hands.

Oh, to be pure again
This show took place at a summer camp, so all costume pieces were bought or pulled from the school's storage and adjusted to the actors. I was put the last minute work like labeling, sewing on patches, simple alterations, and making shoelaces.

Urinetown
I was put on a team and my lead assigned me to do simple adjustments to skirts and pants, organizing the space, steaming skirts before and after construction, and labeling.

The Liar
I was assigned to do check ins for measurements, tailoring pants, surging raw edges, organizing, errands, and labeling a variety of suits.

Three Sisters
My teams lead mainly tasked me to do things such as labeling, cleaning, ironing fabric, simple adjustments, and picking out an assortment of fabrics.
